This is a fantastic entry-level role for someone who is genuinely interested in learning a skilled trade and building a long-term career within the automotive industry. Youll work alongside an experienced Panel Beater and a wider Bodyshop team, gaining hands-on experience while completing a 3-year training programme, with clear earning potential upon qualification. No experience required! Just a keen interest in the Automotive industry and a minimum level 3 in Maths and English, we will give full training and you will receive a Level 3 Qualification in Panel, Repair & Fit. Key Responsibilities: Assist senior technicians with panel repairs and replacements under supervision Learn and apply manufacturer-approved repair processes and techniques Ensure vehicles are properly protected throughout all repair stages Prepare panels and vehicle parts for repair and refinish Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe working environment Follow all Health & Safety requirements and use PPE correctly Demonstrate a proactive attitude to learning and continuous improvement What Youll Need: A genuine interest in the Automotive industry ideally within the Bodyshop Minimum level 3 in Maths and English Commitment to completing a 3-year apprenticeship programme Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team No previous experience required full training provided Training will include industry-recognised qualifications Why Join Jemca?
