Job Description
🚀 The Job Mission
This hybrid role is based in Bridgwater, and we can only consider candidates within commutable distance or those willing to relocate, with relocation support available.
You will join our two-year Graduate Programme supporting digital engineering and integration activities.
You will develop technical, systems and data skills while contributing to live nuclear projects.
• Rotate across teams, projects and customers to broaden industry exposure
• Support digital engineering integration across project lifecycle stages
• Assist with data analysis to improve engineering information flows
• Contribute to systems coordination within regulated project environments
• Work with mentors and technical experts to develop discipline knowledge
• Participate in Graduate Forums and structured peer learning sessions
• Support digital tools implementation across engineering functions
• Contribute to process improvement and data-driven decision initiatives
• Develop understanding of information management in complex infrastructure projects
Qualifications
🛠 Essential Skills and Qualifications
• Degree in Digital Engineering, Systems Engineering, Data Analytics or similar
• Strong interest in digital integration within engineering environments
• Understanding of how data supports engineering decision making
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to relocate or travel within the UK
• Eligibility for BPSS clearance and UK sole nationality
✔️ Desired Skills and Qualifications
• Awareness of highly regulated industries such as nuclear or rail
• Knowledge of systems thinking or lifecycle engineering principles
• Experience with data visualisation or digital engineering tools

Additional Information
To join our Graduate Scheme, you must be a UK sole national and a UK resident, as this is required for the type of work we do. You’ll also need to be able to obtain a minimum of Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, with some roles requiring higher levels of clearance. As part of the programme, you should also be willing to relocate or travel within the UK, and we’ll provide relocation support where needed.
