About the Role
We are recruiting staff to work with us in our Integrated Day Service in Cumbernauld, delivering high quality support and services which put the needs of people first.
If successful you will join a team who provide valuable care co‑ordination services to adults with a range of complex support needs in line with National Standards, council and service polices. Working closely with the manager you will ensure that the services provided support and strengthen our core aims and objectives and are aligned to the vision and principles of a high performing person‑centred day service.
Responsibilities
* Provide care coordination services to adults with complex support needs.
* Work closely with the manager to ensure services align with core aims and principles of a high performing day service.
Qualifications
* SVQ level 2 or equivalent.
* Direct experience working in Social Care, either personal or voluntary, with a good understanding of the needs of older adults.
* HNC in Social Care desirable.
* PVG Scheme membership required prior to commencement.
