We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Drinks Buggy Attendant to join the team at the stunning Hampton Court Palace Golf Club. You will be the face of our on-course hospitality — cruising the fairways, serving golfers, and making sure every round is that little bit better.
What you will be doing
* Operate the drinks buggy safely and responsibly around the course
* Serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with licensing laws
* Engage with golfers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
* Handle cash and card payments accurately and efficiently
* Monitor and replenish stock levels to keep the buggy well-stocked at all times
* Keep the buggy clean, tidy, and presented to a high standard throughout each shift
* Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards
* Report any issues or incidents to management promptly

* Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred

Practical skills
* Reliable timekeeping — punctuality is key
* Comfortable card payments
* Able to work independently and use initiative
