About you
* Part Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems such as Infor LN
* Solid understanding of standard costing and financial reporting processes
* Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
* Proactive with a 'can do' attitude and strong attention to detail
What you'll do
* Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts and variance reports
* Collaborate with operations to support decision-making and improve financial performance
* Assist in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and working capital management
* Enhance financial reporting processes for greater efficiency
* Support credit control and supplier management activities
* Present operational KPIs and contribute to ad hoc finance projects that add value to the business
