Permanent, Full Time (36.25 hours per week)
We currently have an opportunity for a Multi Trade Coordinator to join our Repairs & Maintenance team.
You will supervise the multi-trade repairs team, ensuring work is completed to high standards and within the set timescales, whilst also delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. You’ll manage relevant budgets and ensure all relevant information is recorded, adhering to necessary compliance and policies, including Health and Safety Management, as well as performing regular Risk Assessments. With contract management experience, you will be accustomed to ensuring that legislation is complied with at all times by individuals working on each project.
We are looking for someone who:

Holds a recognised Plasterer qualification, NVQ L2 or equivalent or relevant experience
*
Has excellent management experience including contract and people management
*
Has previous experience of working within a repairs and maintenance service, preferably relating to a domestic property portfolio.
*
Has excellent multi-trade ability, knowledge and experience and a willingness to apply these attributes to the requirements of the RBH repairs & maintenance service.
*
Be able to manage and plan a varied workload with competing demands for the team
*
Holds a full UK driving licence
