Trevi is offering a rare and rewarding opportunity to manage our Residential Recovery Service, a trauma-informed, women-only environment supporting those overcoming substance misuse, domestic abuse, and other complex challenges. About the Role
As Residential Recovery Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our residential programme, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and support. You will lead a dedicated team, oversee therapeutic and practical interventions, and ensure every woman receives a personalised, empowering recovery journey.
You'll work closely with Trevi's Senior Leadership Team to continuously develop the service, champion trauma-informed practice, and maintain a culture of compassion, professionalism, and excellence.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a confident, experienced leader who:
* Has managed residential or supported accommodation services, ideally within substance misuse, mental health, or women's services.
* Is passionate about trauma-informed care and women-centred recovery.
* Can inspire and lead a multidisciplinary team with empathy and clarity.
* Is committed to safeguarding, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
