About the Role:
Robert Half is recruiting for an experienced HRIS Business Analyst to support the delivery of a high-impact, end-to-end system transformation project. This role will play a pivotal part in the discovery, scoping, and transition planning phases of the transformation. The successful candidate will leverage their strategic insight and analytical expertise to help drive improvements across HR systems, including HRIS, Payroll, and Workforce Management (WFM), ensuring a seamless transition to any new system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead business analysis efforts to identify, document, and translate requirements for a large-scale HRIS transformation.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and WFM teams to gather insights and ensure alignment across processes and system needs.
* Conduct and support system discovery and transition planning, ensuring robust alignment of all stages of delivery.
* Provide structured analysis and recommendations to simplify complex HRIS challenges into clear, actionable plans.
* Act as a subject matter expert, offering strategic advice for system optimisation and process improvement.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery, aiming for minimal disruption during transition phases.
* Assist in developing robust operating models to support the new HRIS infrastructure.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Extensive knowledge of HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management (WFM) systems.
* Proven experience leading HRIS change and transformation projects.
* Analytical mindset with a structured and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
* Skilled at distilling complexity into actionable plans and communicating effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrated ability to assist in discovery, scoping, and transition planning phases of system transformation projects.
* Experience managing competing priorities and timelines in hybrid working environments.
