About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative with a valid Counterbalance or Bendi FLT licence to join our team at a busy logistics site just outside Newbury. This is a physical, hands‑on goods‑in role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
* Receiving, checking, and unloading deliveries
* Supporting the Goods‑In function, including booking stock into the system
* Manual handling and physical warehouse duties
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
* Working as part of a fast‑moving warehouse team to meet daily targets
What We're Looking For
* Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (in‑date)
* Previous warehouse or logistics experience
* Comfortable with physical work and manual handling
* Good communication skills and a positive team attitude
* Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
