Summary
We are seeking a Cleaner to join our dynamic team at Totol Cleaning Services. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in commercial spaces, contributing to our commitment to outstanding service and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning duties in various commercial settings, including offices and retail spaces.
* Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
* Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding cleaning needs and schedules.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
* Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
* A proactive attitude with a drive for excellence in cleaning standards.
* Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
* The role is Monday to Friday only -
* You would have to start at 17:00 as we are responsible for closing and securing the site every evening.
* There are two units to clean but both units are to be locked and alarmed. Every evening.
* Unit one is cleaned Mon - Fri at two hours a clean and on a Friday its four hours
* Unit 2 is cleaned Wed and Fri Wednesday clean is two hours and Friday is three hours. This makes the total cleaning per week 17 hours.
