Customer Relationship Coordinator - The Role:
Based within the European department you will work as part of a team and assist with:
- Arranging and processing bookings, including customs clearance
- Preparing quotations
- Liaising with our customers, Offices and European partners
- Charging files, passing invoices and dealing with queries
- Dealing with customers, keeping them updated, solving problems
