The Role
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House Team Member. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a vital part in creating a welcoming and positive experience. You will support the smooth running of daily operations, including meal service, housekeeping, and client interaction, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Prepare and set up dining areas for meal services throughout the day.
* Serve meals to clients in a professional and courteous manner.
* Clear and clean dining areas promptly after service.
* Carry out general housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and presentation across guest areas.
* Accurately log food temperatures and other relevant data using the Safer Food Score (SFS) system.
* Respond to guest enquiries and requests with professionalism and a helpful attitude.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum of one years of experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is desirable but not essential.
* Knowledge of hotel operations is preferred but not essential.
* Proficient in computer systems.
* A proactive and flexible approach to work, with a willingness to learn.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong customer service focus with a friendly and approachable manner.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Capable of managing multiple tasks and working under pressure.
Other Considerations:
Working Conditions: The role involves standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks. Exposure to cleaning chemicals cleaning equipment.
Candidates must be available to work any day of the week, Monday through Sunday, with no fixed schedule. The role involves three 9-hour shifts per week (including a 1-hour break), with shift times ranging from 08:00–17:00 or 11:00–20:00.
