Overview
Position: Engineering Manager
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Overtime: Available & Optional
Location: Halesowen
Qualifications
* City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs
* Car Driving licence
* Supervisory/Managerial Experience specifically in the HGV/PSV industry (non-negotiable)
Responsibilities
* Daily management of the engineering function
* Ensuring the fleet of PSVs are maintained to DVSA standards
* Achieving maximum vehicle availability & continually improving standards
* Direct influence on Health & Safety, compliance, culture, fatigue management & employee wellbeing
* Collaborate, as a member of the senior engineering & local management teams, with colleagues to further develop the business within budgetary guidelines
