Training Administrator Hemel Hempstead (office‑based) £25,000–£26,000 A well‑established organisation is looking for a Training Administrator to join its busy team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a customer‑focused environment, is highly organised, and thrives in a role where no two days are the same. You’ll support the smooth running of training activities, working closely with internal teams, external providers, and course attendees. What you'll be doing Handle general enquiries, match people with suitable training dates, and make sure training spaces are set up with the necessary resources Coordinate with external providers to ensure arrangements for upcoming courses are in place Keep track of stock levels for training materials and items used for events Support the administration of certification processes, ensuring procedures are followed correctly Communicate with individuals and internal teams to gather required documentation for qualifications Process invoices and keep accurate records across all training‑related administration What we're looking for Recent experience in a similar Training Administrator role Excellent telephone manner Positive, customer‑focused attitude with a willingness to be genuinely helpful Strong accuracy and attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Office If you would like to be considered for this Training Administrator role, we would certainly welcome your application!
