We’re looking for resilient, determined and adaptable Senior Support Workers who can lead by example, support the team, and confidently guide individuals through change. Someone with strong communication skills, a positive approach and the ability to build trust and reassurance will excel. Maintaining high standards, supporting colleagues and ensuring each person feels safe, understood and valued are central to this role.
