With a focus on designing and manufacturing safety systems, the company has created solutions for various industries including construction, railway workshops, vehicle service garages, utilities, facilities, aviation and many more.

Our patented products improve workplace safety and are available for sale or hire, all rigorously tested and certified to ISO 9001 standards.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager for the Easi-Dec product range, and will be located in Bicester, Oxfordshire.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·Identify and generate new business leads within construction, maintenance, facilities management, and industrial sectors.

·Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, including contractors, site managers, safety officers, and procurement teams.

·Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for the Easi-Dec product lines.

·Deliver engaging product demonstrations, site visits, and technical consultations.

·Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and attend relevant trade shows and industry events.

·Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and market intelligence to senior management.

·Maintain CRM records with up-to-date customer and opportunity data.

·Liaise with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from order to delivery.

Qualifications

·Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in construction, safety systems, or access equipment.

·Strong commercial awareness and consultative sales approach.

·Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·Competence with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

·Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel nationwide.

·Knowledge of working-at-height regulations and safety standards.

·Experience selling modular access systems or temporary platforms.

·Technical or engineering background.
