Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
* Manage a complex and ever‑changing diary for the CEO, ensuring meetings and commitments are prioritised effectively.
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, minute‑taking and follow‑up actions.
* Arrange UK‑based travel and accommodation.
* Prepare and circulate board and leadership documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Provide ad‑hoc administrative support to members of the Senior Leadership Team.
HR Administration
* Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Produce HR documentation such as contracts, offer letters and contractual changes.
* Support recruitment processes including interview coordination, onboarding and security/clearance administration.
* Assist with tracking training, absence and performance review activities.
* Handle sensitive information in line with data protection and confidentiality standards.
The Successful Applicant
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leaders.
* Previous exposure to HR administration or working within an HR team.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, data handling).
* Confident using Microsoft Word, including mail merge.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* High attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Able to commute to the office in Stoke.
