Role Overview:
As a Junior Broker, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and supporting senior brokers with client acquisition. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping to build strong relationships and drive revenue growth, while receiving full training and mentorship to fast-track your career in financial sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively source and develop new client relationships through calls, networking, and referrals.

Introduce clients to a range of investment opportunities and financial products.

Support senior brokers in managing existing accounts and executing transactions.

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Stay up to date with market trends, investment news, and industry developments.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM systems.

Represent the firm professionally at meetings, events, and client presentations.
About You:

6 months to 1 years' experience in sales, brokerage, or a fast-paced commercial environment (financial services experience preferred but not essential).

Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident phone manner.

Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.

Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine desire to succeed in financial sales.

Ability to quickly learn about investment products and financial markets.
*
Degree educated preferred, but outstanding candidates without a degree will be considered.
