Voted World's Best Ski Travel Agent for 11 consecutive years, we are recognised for delivering outstanding service and creating unforgettable journeys.
We are now seeking a new team member to join our Concierge / Client Experience Team. In this role, you will support the sales team in delivering the ultimate guest experience for clients who have booked their holiday with Leo Trippi.
You will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of each client's individual needs, building trusted relationships and demonstrating professionalism at every stage to ensure their requirements are met seamlessly, promptly and with the highest level of care.
The Role in Three Key Points:
* Guest Experience Management – Organise and oversee every aspect of a guest's holiday, from airport transfers and ski lessons to childcare, working closely with chalet owners, managers and trusted in-resort partners.
* Business Development Contribution – Play an active role in the ongoing growth of the business, bringing enthusiasm and initiative while collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared success for our clients and partners.
* Sales & Operations Support – Work alongside the sales team on essential administrative tasks, including preparing contracts and invoices, researching pricing and availability, and creating final travel documents and itineraries.
A Snapshot of What You Will Be Doing Daily:
* Researching, vetting and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
* Communicating with clients about their holiday plans (by email and telephone), providing expert recommendations and destination insights.
* Maintaining accurate client data within our CRM (Salesforce) and preparing itineraries for guests ahead of their stay.
* Developing and refining the concierge and pre-arrivals process to ensure it is seamless, efficient and precise for both clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
* Attention to detail – exceptional organisational skills, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to multitask effectively.
* Strong communication skills – excellent written and verbal English; knowledge of a second language such as French, German or Italian is an advantage but not essential.
* Passion for skiing and the Alps – familiarity with leading resorts such as the 3 Valleys, Verbier, Val d'Isère or Zermatt is a real plus.
* Calm under pressure – ability to work under tight deadlines while managing time and priorities efficiently.
