At a glance

Opportunity to join the Global Culture and Engagement Team at Haleon in London for 12 months, starting in July 2026; Are you a student at University looking to kick start your career in the Culture and Engagement space? Our Global Culture and Engagement team are responsible for driving initiatives throughout the organisation in the areas of Inclusion and Belonging (I & B), Employee Listening, and Culture. You will assist with these global actions as well as partner with key stakeholders across the business units and regions who embed our initiatives at a local level. In this role you will have the opportunity to work directly with and learn from an experienced team who will support you to reach your full potential.


Global Culture and Engagement Industrial Placement: Key responsibilities

You will have a chance to support with various projects that help to strengthen Culture and Engagement across the organisation. You will be pivotal in the day‑to‑day I & B and culture operational activities.

* Work with teams in the Talent Centre of Excellence and external content partners to develop new C & E initiatives and projects
* Work with our Employee Resource Group to improve Haleon’s I & B processes and implement best practices
* Support with improving our existing communication strategies, so we keep our employees better and regularly informed of C & E updates
* Work with stakeholders across the business, such as Health and Wellbeing, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Research and Development to gather feedback to understand how we can better support with business with embedding I & B and Culture locally


What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?

* Maintaining and creating new I & B and Culture assets to support the business
* Bringing your creative thinking on how we can better engage with employees across the organisation
* Keep up to date with key C & E developments and industry best practices
* Maintain and update the I & B calendar of events, including Health and Wellbeing, ERGs, and Health Inclusivity


Education requirements

Currently studying for an Undergraduate Degree. If you are studying for your Undergraduate Degree you must be in your 2nd year of study (England) or 3rd year of study (Scotland) and seeking to complete a year in industry in partnership with your university. Please ensure the role is suitable for your placement year.

* HireVue Online Assessment – you will be asked to complete a behaviour based online assessment/interview.
* HireVue One‑Way Video Interview – if selected you receive a link to complete an online interview focusing on your motivation for joining Haleon and what transferrable skills you will bring to the role. This will be screened by the Early Talent Team.
* Interview – if selected you will be invited to attend a virtual interview; The interview will consist of a competency‑based interview and may include a case study/technical exercise.
* Offer – candidates will receive an outcome within 2 weeks following interview.

Interviews will be held in January / February 2026.
