The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management:、

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing key customers to generate sales.
* Act as the main point of contact, understanding customer needs and requirements

Sales and Growth:

* Propose solutions to existing customers, expanding relationships and meeting objectives.
* Manage a portfolio of Key Accounts to achieve designated sales targets for both existing and new accounts.
* Actively seek opportunities to expand business with new and existing key customers.

Operational Excellence:

* Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services to customers.
* Resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain trust and satisfaction.

Market Awareness:

* Stay informed about competing products, discount structures, and market trends.
* Conduct competitive shops to gather insights and optimize service.

Communication:

* Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams.
* Communicate daily with business clients to address queries and concerns.

Client Engagement:

* Organize onsite and offsite meetings with key clients, showcasing samples and the company's product range.
* Conduct regular calls and meetings with business units to foster relationships and communicate strategies for Key Accounts.

Collaboration:

* Collaborate with various business departments within the organization to sustain and enhance relationships with key accounts.

Reporting:

* Prepare regular progress and forecast reports for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
* Conduct weekly touch base with the manager.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.


Key Skills

* Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and home accessories, with strong interest in sales, product development, and retail.
* Experience in home accessories is an advantage.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in international trade sales, including developing and managing key accounts, with a solid understanding of key account management processes.
* Customer-focused and target-driven, with strong market awareness and interpersonal confidence.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to multicultural environments.
* Confident communicator with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
* Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify customer needs and propose effective solutions.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and skilled at identifying and maximizing business opportunities.
* Able to inspire enthusiasm and build positive engagement.
* Efficient under pressure, with strong prioritization and time-management skills.
