Apply now for the position of Maintenance Technician, and you will play a crucial role in ensuring our IMMULITE manufacturing equipment operates at peak efficiency, ensuring the reliable production of diagnostic solutions that directly impact patient care and the success of our mission.
Your Role:
* Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
* Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues using appropriate troubleshooting techniques and investigate root causes to prevent reoccurrence.
* Collaborate with production teams and maintenance system coordinators to prioritize tasks and address equipment issues promptly.
* Document all maintenance activities following GDP guidelines and using the CMMS system.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring problems and implementing solutions.
* Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with EHS procedures.
Your Expertise:
* Minimum Level 3/ONC in Electrical, Mechanical, or General Engineering.
* Time Served Apprenticeship.
* Experience maintaining electrical/mechanical plant and equipment, especially packaging and process equipment.
* Experience with electrical control panels, including inverters and PLC systems.
* Experience with pneumatic systems and equipment.
* Experience working within an ISO regulated environment, GMP knowledge is advantageous.
