What You’ll Bring to the Table as a Master Technician:
4. Proven experience as a Technician with a strong background in vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
5. Master or Senior Technician certification or equivalent qualification.
6. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team.
8. Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
Nice to Have Skills from the Master Technician:
9. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest vehicle technology and systems.
10. Experience working with a variety of vehicle brands and models.
11. Strong communication skills to liaise with customers and team members effectively.
Preferred Education and Experience of the Master Technician:
12. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
13. A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience working as a Master or Senior Technician in a dealership environment.
Additional Requirements of the Master Technician:
14. Full UK driving license.
15. Willingness to work Monday to Friday—no weekends or shift work.
