Eventus Legal are currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a progressive and expanding regional law firm in Worcester on a full-time, permanent basis. About the Role
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will join a busy and experienced residential conveyancing team acting for a wide range of clients including individuals, first-time buyers, investors and lenders.
You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, ensuring an efficient, compliant and client-focused service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
* Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Managing residential re-mortgages and related property transactions
* Delivering excellent client service and maintaining strong communication throughout transactions
* Working within a structured case management system to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Ensuring compliance with SRA regulations, CQS requirements and internal procedures
* Keeping up to date with changes in property law and conveyancing best practice
* Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all client matters and communications
* Working closely with colleagues and support staff to ensure smooth transaction progression
* Managing workloads effectively to meet deadlines and service level expectations
* Contributing to the overall success and reputation of the residential property department
About You
You will be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with solid experience in residential conveyancing and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality client service. This role would suit someone who is confident managing their own caseload but also enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
Required Qualifications and Skills
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2–5 years’ PQE in residential property
* Proven experience handling a range of residential conveyancing matters
* Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Experience working within a case management system
* Good understanding of SRA regulations and CQS standards
