Technical Support Assistant Key Department -Wythenshawe, Manchester
Full Time Position - 40 hours - Monday-Sunday rota 5 days out of 7
Salary £25,480 plus OTE up to £26000
Responsibilities include.
* Give expert advice on all key cutting enquiries to our branch colleagues
* Update and maintain special transponder key stocks and equipment.
* Communicate with colleagues to keep the Key Centre at the forefront of key development
* Taking special orders from branches
* Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
* Undertake or assist in project work as and when required
* Organise stock returns from branches
* Order stock and special keys from third party suppliers
* Learn all aspects of key cutting
Required skills
Excellent telephone manner along with a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service.
Strong IT skills
Self-motivated with great attention to detail
Able to use own initiative in solving problems
Flexibility and ability to adapt to Department needs.
Existing experience within a customer support role is highly desirable along with a great personality, bags of enthusiasm, self-motivated, a confident communicator and the ability to work to deadlines and independently.
Full training will be provided.
