We are currently seeking a passionate Room Service Supervisor to join our dedicated team and help us continue providing an outstanding guest experience. Your role in our family: Supervise daily In-Room Dining operations to ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality service. Manage minibar replenishment, stock control, and ensure accurate billing and expiry checks. Maintain mise en place, par stock levels, and tray setups in accordance with brand standards. Lead, train, and motivate the In-Room Dining team, ensuring professional appearance and high performance. Monitor and uphold hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards across all service areas. Prepare and manage staff rotas, timesheets, and staffing levels to meet operational needs and control costs. Respond promptly to guest feedback and support upselling initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue. What would make you the perfect fit? Proven experience in supervising in-room dining or food & beverage operations in a hospitality setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service and hygiene standards. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage daily operations smoothly. A guest-focused mindset, anticipating needs and delivering service that exceeds expectations. Flexibility and adaptability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, and respond quickly to changing priorities. Effective communication skills, both with team members and guests, fostering a positive and professional environment. Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards is desirable.
