Contract: 12 Months We are supporting our customer in Warwick in recruiting an experienced IT Specialist to lead the delivery of a new end‑to‑end enterprise system that will support compliance with evolving global regulatory requirements, including markets adopting UN Regulation 154. This role suits someone who is detail‑driven yet able to see the bigger picture-combining skills in requirements management, enterprise architecture, stakeholder engagement, system validation, and programme delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of an enterprise IT system enabling full Regulation 154 compliance. Ensure all required compliance artefacts are produced through the system. Develop a complete set of customer requirements aligned to Regulation 154. Build and manage the full project plan covering: Requirements development (customer, functional, software) Customer test cases Test execution Production deployment & in‑service support Collaborate with enterprise architects to create a complete set of functional requirements. Agree and manage the software development plan with programming teams. Oversee initial system deployment, followed by full production implementation. Organise and deliver stakeholder training plans.
