Gatineau is seeking a French-trained Pastry Chef to join our highly skilled and close-knit pastry team. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a passionate group dedicated to mastering French pâtisserie arts and crafting exquisite seasonal creations.
About the Role As a key member of our pastry team, you will participate in the production of a wide range of classic and contemporary French pâtisserie and chocolate work. You'll have the opportunity to create wedding showpieces like the traditional croquembouche, work with chocolate, and contribute to an ever-evolving menu inspired by the seasons.
You will also benefit from continuous development and hands-on training in authentic French techniques, from laminated doughs to elegant entremets, mousses, and chocolate tempering.
