Salary: £24,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated CQC Registered Manager to join a leading medical clinic in London.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic leader with a background in management or nursing and essential prior experience as a CQC Registered Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, person-centred care
* Ensure compliance with CQC Fundamental Standards
* Act as Safeguarding Lead and oversee clinical governance
* Conduct audits, risk assessments, and performance reviews
* Maintain high standards in patient privacy, dignity, and service quality
* Drive continuous improvement through training and innovation
* Oversee KPI monitoring, budgeting, and regulatory reporting
What We’re Looking For
* Proven leadership in a regulated health or care setting
* Successful track record in CQC inspections
* Strong operational oversight and people management skills
* Experience in service evaluation, coaching, and team development
* Working knowledge of health & social care regulations, GDPR, and safeguarding
