Where You’ll Be Working
Overlooking one of the finest beaches on the North Kent Coast, the Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie in Birchington is a relaxed, stylish location that offers truly outstanding views, great food, an extensive drinks list and friendly service. The pub sits close to both Quex Park and the Powell Cotton Museum and the history-rich area can be explored with Shepherd Neame’s Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie Pub Walk, which starts and ends at the pub.
What You’ll Do
* Prepare and cook dishes to company standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service during busy periods.
* Uphold hygiene, safety, and compliance standards at all times.
* Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation.
* Support and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their skills.
