Role Outline We are hiring for an Occupational Health Advisor to join our growing multidisciplinary team! The purpose of the role is to provide expert occupational health advice and support via Case Management, ensuring the health and wellbeing of employees at our client site. What you'll be doing: Deliver comprehensive case management for employees, providing expert advice and support. Conducting part of the health surveillance programmes to monitor the health and wellbeing of the team, particularly focusing on issues related to the motorsport environment. Manage travel health aspects for the team, including pre-travel assessments, vaccinations, and health advice for global travel. (Training cand be provided) Work collaboratively with HR, health and safety, and medical teams to develop and implement health policies and procedures. Provide health promotion and education on a range of topics relevant to the team. Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting in line with professional and legal standards. What we are looking for: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration. The ideal candidate will hold a post-registration qualification in Occupational Health (Degree or Diploma) and have proven experience in an occupational health setting, demonstrating strong case management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse workforce. You should be confident working both autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in IT and record management systems is also required to succeed in this role. Hours The role is part time, working Monday to Thursday, 7.5hours per day, where you will be expected to work during the core hours between 8.00am and 6.00pm. Location This is an onsite role, working at our client's site based in the East Midlands. Salary We are offering a competitive salary for this role, dependent on qualifications and experience, alongside our regularly reviewed company benefits package.
