Salary: £18,098.08 per annum + benefits

As a Retail Manager, you will support your team to encourage sales, provide excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of stock and store presentation.
Responsibilities:
* Lead store operations, creating a memorable shopping experience.
* Utilize your eye for design to curate donated products through visual merchandising, feature displays, and window presentations to drive sales and footfall.
* Stay updated with fashion trends and local market demands to identify growth opportunities.
* Manage staff and volunteers, including recruiting, training, and supporting them for effective store operation.
* Engage customers and coach staff and volunteers to have meaningful conversations, encourage donations, and promote our loyalty scheme.
* Meet sales targets and manage costs within budgets.
* Follow financial reporting, cash handling, banking, and security procedures.
* Ensure donated goods are processed, priced, and displayed according to standards and guidelines.
Key Criteria:
* Solid retail experience, preferably in fashion/clothing.
* Experience managing a team; managing volunteers is a plus.
* Understanding of retail merchandising and display.
* Experience with cash handling and financial procedures.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach.
* Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
* Knowledge of health and safety in retail.
