An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a leading Legal 100 firm in the West Midlands.
You will become part of a highly regarded disputes team, working closely with a Legal 500 ranked Senior Partner on complex, high-value commercial matters. This is a key strategic hire, offering the chance to play a pivotal role in the continued growth and direction of the team.
This position is ideal for a commercially minded senior lawyer looking to step into a more influential role, with clear progression towards Legal Director.
The Role:
You will work on a broad and sophisticated caseload, including:
* Shareholder, partnership, and trust disputes
* Commercial contract and warranty disputes
* Sale and purchase agreements and completion accounts
* Professional negligence claims
Alongside your caseload, you will contribute to the strategic development of the department, support junior team members, and help strengthen the firm’s client offering and market presence.
