Assistant Manager – Garage Women’s Clothing (Bluewater Shopping Centre)
Garage is looking for a proactive, fashion-focused Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and help lead our Bluewater team. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, creating a great customer experience, and maintaining high store standards.
What you’ll do:
* Support the Store Manager with daily operations
* Lead and motivate the team on shift
* Deliver excellent customer service
* Help with merchandising, stock control, and meeting sales targets
What we’re looking for:
* Retail supervisor or assistant manager experience
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A positive, hands-on attitude and passion for fashion
Hours: Full-time, including weekend shifts on a rota.
