Job Summary
28.75 hours per week: Sunday 10:00‑16:00, Monday 11:45‑20:15, Tuesday 08:45‑17:15, Friday 11:45‑20:15.
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead and inspire a team focused on outstanding customer service while achieving performance targets. The role involves leading, coaching, and motivating staff, investing in personal development, and providing flexible working options.
Responsibilities
* Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house and run the store when needed.
* Manage a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment where targets are met.
* Create an atmosphere that supports, motivates and inspires the team to be at their best.
* Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team.
* Ensure communication is up‑to‑date and accurate at all times to meet business needs.
Qualifications
* Passion for customers, people and products, inspiring others and creating a great working atmosphere.
* Exceptional commercial understanding and ability to create a fantastic shopping experience for customers.
* Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑driven, challenging environment and adapts quickly to change.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work naturally with people at all levels, remaining calm and approachable under pressure.
* Strong problem‑solving skills, confident in making sound business decisions and challenging processes to generate innovative ideas.
* Confidence when dealing with people issues.
* Effective multi‑tasker able to plan, organise and prioritise workload.
