Customer Experience Advisor | S1 | Retail & Business Banking | Customer Interactions | Newry Branch
We are currently recruiting for a full-time Customer Service colleague on a 12 month fixed term contract, with a base salary of £24,000 plus an additional £500 flexible benefit. You’ll be the friendly face and voice of Santander, acting as a listener and problem solver across in-branch transactions, technology support, phone queries, and fraud protection, with the opportunity to tackle a variety of challenges.

Responsibilities
* Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
* Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
* Answering customer calls into our contact centre
* Building relationships and finding solutions
* Developing your knowledge of services and products to help our customers
* Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience
What you’ll bring (Essential)
* Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face-to-face or a telephony background
* The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs
* You will require the right to work in the UK

What else you need to know
* The role is based in our Newry branch
* This role is a 12 month fixed term contract
* This is a full-time role, working 35 hours across Monday to Saturday between 8:00am – 6:00pm
