PMR work with luxury residential buildings across London and are currently temporary concierges.If you have experience in concierge/receptionist, we would love to hear from you!
Duties:
* Delivering excellent & exceptional customer service to all residents and being the first point of contact for all people entering the property
* Patrols
* Key handling
* Parcel handling
* Good problem solving skills/using own initiative
* Looking smart and well presented at all times
* Positive attitude, helpful and friendly
* Maintain regular and effective communication with the Building Manager/team members
The successful person must have strong administrational skills outstanding customer service skills. Experience within hospitality/residential developments is desirable.
