THE ROLE:
- Advise clients across the health and social care sector
- Support on investigations, enforcement actions, fitness to practise matters, and inquests
- Assist with complex advisory work on compliance, safeguarding, and statutory frameworks
- Attend hearings, draft reports, prepare bundles, and liaise with clients and counsel
- Gain early responsibility with excellent support and structured development
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- A Newly Qualified solicitor with a training seat or strong interest in regulatory law, public law, or healthcare
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to client service
- Confident, professional, and eager to build a long:term career in the sector
- A genuine interest in the intersection between law, health, and social care
