What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Manager / Senior Lettings Negotiator:
* Managing day-to-day maintenance issues across a residential property portfolio
* Coordinating contractors, repairs, and compliance related works
* Handling tenancy renewals and negotiating renewal terms with landlords and tenants
* Conducting routine property inspections and preparing detailed reports
* Supporting the tenancy process from move in through to move out
* Ensuring all property management activities comply with current lettings legislation and company procedures
