About the Opportunity
You will be a key member of a passionate team dedicated to delivering unforgettable customer care while enjoying the support, resources, and progression opportunities of the biggest brand in healthcare.
Your Main Responsibilities
* Lead clinics and provide specialist care and advice to all patients.
* Test eyes using the latest technology whilst maintaining outstanding patient care.
* Deliver enhanced services based on store needs.
* Respond to emergency triages.
* Work with external healthcare professionals.
* Provide clinical support to team members on the shop floor.
* Advise patients using your clinical knowledge.
* Keep up to date with the latest clinical practices.
* Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Need
* GOC registered (or expected to be in the next 6 months).
* Additional registration with the relevant NHS body.
* Drive to deliver excellent patient care.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
