This lovely setting are looking for an experienced, dedicated and passionate Room Leader to lead and support their toddler room team. Located in a large house with a garden of approximately 100ft. They offer a great diversity of activities. indoor and outdoor, for the children, on a daily basis. All team members are viewed as inspirational educators offering an incredible fun and learning rich experience for the children.

Duties:
* Lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education
* Ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children, across both the indoor and outdoor areas
* Deliver and plan rich learning opportunities and exceptional care, to help all children to develop and meet their individual milestones
* Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and/or carers, as well as other professionals, to meet the individual needs of each child
* Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding procedures and policies are followed at all times
* Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment on a day to day basis
Requirements:
* Experience of leading a room and supervising a small team is a must.
* Experience of being a keyworker to a group of children is essential.
* Experience with EYFS, planning, observations and completing key files to a high standard. xkzlckt
* Candidates must excel in building positive relationships with their key children and their parents.
