The Role
1. Manage and oversee all aspects of internal and external examinations across the college.
2. Ensure full compliance with JCQ regulations and awarding body requirements.
3. Coordinate exam entries, timetables, and invigilator schedules with efficiency and accuracy.
4. Maintain secure handling of examination materials and data at all times.
5. Liaise effectively with staff, students, senior leaders, and external awarding bodies.
6. Lead, train, and support invigilators to ensure the smooth running of every exam session.
7. Manage post-results services, including remarks, appeals, and certification.

Key Requirements
13. Proven experience as an Exams Officer or in examinations administration within an educational setting.
14. Strong knowledge of JCQ guidelines and exam board procedures.
15. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
16. Confident using management information systems (MIS) and Microsoft Office.
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
