Additionally, our properties are equipped with all essential amenities, including fresh linen and towels, with extra housekeeping services available for longer stays.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Horfield in Bristol for a Property Administrator. The Property Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day property management tasks, such as maintaining property records, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring the overall upkeep of properties. This role also involves frequent communication with guests and contractors, managing maintenance and cleaning schedules, laundry and supplies, budgeting and reporting for property expenses, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure guest and client (property owners) satisfaction. Supervision of junior members of staff will be required, as well as quoting stays to our corporate and longer stay customers.

Qualifications

* Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, with a methodical approach to work
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, confident telephone manner
* Confident with IT and with Microsoft Office or Google Office (sheets, docs, etc) software
* Experience in budgeting and financial management and quotes, ideally for properties
* Detail-oriented and highly organized
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties
* Previous experience in property administration or related roles is a plus
* Qualifications in a related field is preferred
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
* Ideally having experience of putting in place new working practices, systems and procedures
* Experience in Property Management or Real Estate skills an advantage
* Experience of Xero or other financial bookkeeping packages preferred
