Temporary Food & Beverage Manager
Location: Falfield, near Bristol
Salary: £14 – £16 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract: Temporary Assignment
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to support our client’s hotel in Falfield, near Bristol. This is a temporary role offering immediate start, ideal for someone with a strong background in hospitality who can step in and take charge of F&B operations, and can cover Adhoc shifts for our client.
You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the restaurant, bar, and events, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction are delivered consistently.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s food & beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar, and events
* Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional customer service
* Manage staff rotas, ensuring sufficient cover during busy service times
* Support with stock control, ordering, and supplier management
* Handle guest queries and resolve any issues quickly and professionally
* Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards across all F&B areas
* Report directly to the General Manager and support with operational decisions
Requirements
* Previous F&B Manager or Assistant Manager experience in a hotel or high-volume hospitality environment
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
* Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards
* Flexible, hands-on approach with the ability to adapt to changing demands
* Own transport is essential due to the location of the site (Falfield, Bristol)
* Available for temporary/ongoing work with flexible hours
