Role Overview
As our Senior People Administrator, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience across the full lifecycle. From welcoming new starters to supporting day-to-day People processes, you'll help ensure everything runs smoothly, accurately and with care.
You'll be the first point of contact for People administration queries, acting as a trusted and reliable support for colleagues across the business. Working closely with the wider People team, you'll help create an organised, compliant and people-first environment where great processes quietly enable great work.
This is a hybrid role, with approximately 2 days per week working from our offices in Cheltenham (Gloucestershire) and Shipton-under-Wychwood (Oxfordshire).

What we're looking for
Previous HR/People administration experience (ideally 3+ years), ideally within a fast-paced environment

Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and core People processes

Experience acting as a first point of contact for employee queries

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Confident written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information

A proactive, positive team player who enjoys supporting others

Nice to have: experience using Google Workspace and HR systems (HiBob experience advantageous)

What you'll do
Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding

Prepare and issue contracts, offer letters and People documentation

Maintain accurate employee records in HiBob and Google Drive

Manage the People inbox and respond to queries in a timely, supportive manner

Coordinate onboarding processes, employment checks and induction sessions

Support probation reviews, employee changes and payroll collaboration

Assist with L&D administration, including coordinating training and tracking records

Help coordinate wellbeing initiatives, recognition programmes and employee communications

Support leaver administration, including exit processes and system updates

Ensure People processes remain compliant, organised and efficient

Provide flexible administrative support across wider People projects as required

Salary
Salary range: £30,000 - £32,000 per year

Benefits
25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (increases with years of service)

Option to buy or sell 5 days holiday each year

Sick Pay - 8 weeks full pay, 4 weeks half pay
