CONSTRUCTION SALES - FOUNDATION REPAIR & WATERPROOFING SYSTEMS (Hampton Roads Area)
AMC - Atlas Master Companies specializes in foundation and waterproofing systems. Our $2 million facility is located in the tri-cities of Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and Chesapeake, Virginia. We seek experienced sales personnel capable of closing deals and connecting effectively with customers. Proof of sales experience and income is required.
Our staff operates with integrity and professionalism. Sales team members (project managers) can earn between $80,000 and $170,000 annually, driven by our pay structure, specialized systems, and high-performance standards.
The role involves inspecting homes for structural, drainage, and waterproofing issues and providing solutions to homeowners and businesses.
Candidates must have moderate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and be willing to learn customer tracking software. Work will be based in Norfolk, with service areas extending from Williamsburg to Smithfield, Suffolk, and towards North Carolina/Virginia line, including all cities within Hampton Roads, such as Newport News, Hampton, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and Chesapeake.
New team members will receive personal training from the owner and senior staff, with full support from our office team. Training will be conducted at our Norfolk headquarters. A sales background and construction experience are required.
POSITION STANDARDS:
* Construction sales and project management experience
* Proven track record of selling at least $750,000 annually in similar sales
* Lively, outgoing personality with a professional appearance
* Physical ability to perform inspections
* Strong communication skills
* Willingness to learn CRM software and utilize electronic devices
* Average math skills
* Online assessment may be required
