One of the amazing departments that has been instrumental in making this success happen has been our Warehouse team. Through this fantastic period of growth, with more and more Mamas & Papas products being bought, we are therefore looking to recruit a proactive, solutions‑focused Warehouse Manager to lead and support our busy warehouse operation.
You’ll be responsible for driving performance, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring stock flows accurately through the business—from goods-in to goods-out. This is an excellent opportunity for a Warehouse Manager who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and creating a positive working environment.
Key responsibilities
* Develop, monitor, & achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence.
* Provide strong, hands‑on leadership to warehouse teams, ensuring the team of supervisors and operatives c120, are motivated, supported, & performing at their best.
* Identify opportunities and take the lead of process improvement & implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
* Plan and manage rotas to ensure optimal staffing levels across all shifts.
* As Warehouse Manager, Provide day‑to‑day leadership and support to Warehouse Supervisors and Operatives.
Do you possess keen attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement and not afraid of a spreadsheet or two? Have strong communication skills & the ability to work collaboratively across teams?
