School Admin Assistant
Location: School-based role (via Teaching Personnel)

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming school to recruit an Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the school office. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, reliable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced educational environment.
The Role:
As a School Admin Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing general administrative support to the school office
* Managing attendance records, registers, and pupil data
* Handling calls, emails, and visitor enquiries professionally
* Supporting admissions, correspondence, and filing
* Using the school’s Management Information System (Bromcom) to maintain accurate records
* Supporting staff, pupils, and parents with administrative queries
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in an administrative role (school experience desirable)
* Experience using Bromcom is highly desirable
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A professional and approachable manner

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
