The vacancy
Hours: Full time - 35 hours per week/ 70 hours over two weeks (nine-day fortnight)
Location: This is a mobile role where frequent travel will be required to meet business needs
The role
Are you someone who can not only support Leadership but strengthen it?
We are currently looking to recruit a Leadership Business Partner to join our Learning and Organisational Development team here at Housing 21.
Within the role you will serve as a key enabler of day-to-day leadership effectiveness, ensuring that leaders are equipped to deliver business outcomes, manage teams, and drive continuous improvement.
You will act as a channel between strategic intent and frontline execution, embedding leadership practices that support operational excellence.
You will Partner the Business areas and identify skills gaps both in business areas and within teams and develop key content and learning to support them.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable with training delivery, as well as manage stakeholders and deal with some of the difficult conversations that may arise.
As a mobile role frequent travel will be required to meet the needs of the business. Attendance will also be required for team meetings, this includes meetings held at our Head Office in Birmingham.

What we’re looking for
The essential requirements for the role include knowledge and experience of:
* Leadership/Management of operational teams
* Strong understanding of coaching models, techniques
* Day-to-day leadership effectiveness, team performance, operational delivery
* Experience of working with business leaders to develop tailored interventions
* Experience in designing and delivering leadership and continuous improvement activities that support a complex organisation
* Experienced in carrying out effective learning needs analysis and design learning activities to meet the outcomes
As well as qualifications or training in the following:
* Learning & Organisational Development Qualification
* Leadership Qualification
