We’re partnering with a mission-driven organisation making a real impact in the community — and they’re now looking for a visionary Technology Transformation Director to lead their digital future. They are on the search for a strategic leader who can bridge innovation with operational excellence, shaping and executing a tech roadmap that truly transforms how services are delivered.


💥 As Technology Transformation Director, you will:

* Develop and deliver a comprehensive IT and digital transformation strategy
* Lead a talented internal IT team and foster a culture of collaboration and learning
* Evaluate, introduce, and integrate emerging technologies to enhance performance and efficiency
* Oversee all aspects of infrastructure, systems, and software development
* Align IT initiatives with wider organisational goals and social impact priorities
* Manage third-party tech partners and ensure effective vendor performance
* Oversee data protection, cybersecurity, and digital risk mitigation
* Shape a modern, agile digital function fit for future growth and service innovation
* Report to senior leadership and present insights at board level


💥 What we’re looking for:

* Proven experience in a senior IT leadership or digital transformation role
* Deep knowledge of systems architecture, infrastructure, and security best practices
* Experience leading cloud-based transformation and large-scale tech programmes
* Strong track record managing teams, suppliers, and budgets
* Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery skills and a strong commercial/compliance lens
* Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, AWS or CISSP are a plus
* Passionate about using technology to create meaningful, people-first change
